What the UGC Brief Builder does

The UGC Brief Builder assembles a complete creator brief from structured fields (brand, product, target customer, the winning ad to branch from, hook, tone, talking points, deliverables) and copies it as formatted text you can paste into an email or a creator platform. Nothing is stored server-side; the brief lives in your clipboard.

How it works

The form is organized the way a good brief reads: brand info, the winning ad and why it wins, which element you are branching (new format, persona, hook, selling point, or product presentation), creative direction, deliverables, and dos and don'ts. Every brief includes a fixed baseline of each: be authentic, film vertically in 9:16, show the product in use, keep it under 60 seconds; and never read from a script, use heavy filters, copy the winning ad shot for shot, or bury the hook in the first 3 seconds.

A completeness score weights the fields that matter most (the hook, talking points, and product basics weigh the heaviest) and totals them to a percentage, so you can see at a glance whether a brief is ready to send. An optional AI mode reads your landing page URL and prefills the product, audience, tone, and three suggested hooks framed as problem, result, and curiosity.

Expected input

No CSV and no data upload: type into the fields, or paste a landing page URL for the AI prefill. Deliverable presets fill format and length for TikTok (9:16, 21 to 34 seconds), Reels (9:16, 15 to 60 seconds), YouTube Shorts (9:16, 30 to 60 seconds), and Meta Feed (1:1 or 4:5, 15 to 30 seconds).

Assumptions and limits

  • Completeness measures presence, not quality: a filled field counts whether or not the content is good.
  • The funnel stage selector labels the brief; it does not change the suggested content.
  • If the AI analysis fails, the form unlocks blank and everything can be filled manually.
