What it does

It reads your image and writes the Veo prompt for you.

Reads the image you share
Drag it in, paste a URL or give it a local path. You don't have to write the prompt yourself.
Drafts the Veo prompt for you
Claude looks at the image and writes a cinematic prompt that covers motion, framing and lighting.
Iterates in conversation
Ask for “slower” or “more pull-back” and it rewrites the prompt before you spend any generation credits.
Outputs an 8-second 9:16 MP4
The file saves to your Downloads folder, ready to drop into a paid-ad placement.

How it works

You install it once, then each clip takes about 30 seconds.

  • 01Install onceClone the skill into your Claude skills folder, then restart Claude.
  • 02Add a Gemini API keyThe key is free from Google AI Studio. Veo 3.1 has to be enabled on the project, and some accounts need to request access.
  • 03Send Claude an imagePaste a Dropbox or public URL, give it a local path or attach the file to your message.
  • 04Approve or edit the promptClaude shows the Veo prompt it proposes, with motion, framing and lighting. Change what you like, then run it.
  • 05Get the MP4It takes about 30 seconds. The file lands in ~/Downloads with a sensible name, and a re-run adds a suffix so you never overwrite an earlier take.

Cost and quotas

An 8-second clip costs about $6 in Veo credits.

Cost
Veo 3.1 runs about $0.75 a second, so an 8-second clip costs about $6. The skill always shows you the prompt and asks before it bills your account.
Refusals
Veo refuses some prompts, including people, brand likenesses and other flagged categories, so plan for retries.
